After you selected Interac e-Transfer at checkout (default), please follow these steps to complete your order:
- After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your order details and e-Transfer recipient email.
- Send your payment using your online banking app or desktop banking or Crypto app.
- Make sure the total amount and recipient email match exactly what’s listed in your confirmation email.
- Write “What is my order?” in the security question section. Include your Order Number in the message field as well as the answer to the security question.
- Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.You’ll receive another confirmation email.
Important: *DO NOT include what you are purchasing. If asked, write “consulting”. Make sure the total and recipient email match what’s in your confirmation email to avoid delays.
